John Ortiz for Town Justice

A resident of Southampton, John has practiced law in both in the public
and private sectors. In the public sector, John served as an Assistant
and later Deputy District Attorney, with a focus on consumer protection
and “white collar” crimes including money laundering, racketeering and
fraud. He also practiced privately as a civil litigator with an emphasis
on personal injury, complex construction cases, medical malpractice, and labor law. John is well-versed in a broad spectrum of legal issues that may come before

him as a Town Justice.

It isn’t every day that a person with demonstrated community spirit and proven ability decides to stand for election.
